Bookings & Payments
All services are booked by phone, email, or in person.
Payment is due at the time of service (COD), either in cash or e-transfer to our official email: magvictoryteam@gmail.com
No credit card payments are accepted at this time.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind every job. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee means we’ll do everything reasonably possible to make your space look its best. Please note that “as good as new” depends on the condition and materials — some stains or wear may not be fully reversible, but we’ll always give our best effort.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Life happens — if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
Same-day cancellations may be subject to a small fee to cover travel or preparation costs.
Third-Party Partners
For rug and drapery cleaning, we work with trusted local partners. We act as the pickup and delivery team and ensure your items are handled with care. The actual cleaning is performed by our partners, who are responsible for their specific work quality.
Damage & Liability
While we take every precaution, accidents can happen. We’re insured and will always review any issues fairly. However, Magnum Victory Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage, natural wear, or results limited by material age or condition.

Cleaning results naturally vary depending on the surface type, age, materials, and condition. While I always do my absolute best, some stains, wear, or damage may be permanent and outside my control.

For rug and drapery cleaning, I work with trusted local partners. I personally handle pickup and delivery with care, but the actual cleaning process is performed by these partners, who are responsible for their own workmanship and results.
Liability
I am not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage, discoloration, or material weakness.
Natural fading, shrinkage, or wear due to age or prior cleaning.
Loss or damage caused by incorrect information provided by the client (such as material type or cleaning instructions).
In the rare event of accidental damage caused directly by my team or myself, I will assess the situation fairly and work with you toward a reasonable solution.
