My Best Effort Promise
I promise to deliver the best results possible using the techniques, products, and equipment available to me. Cleaning results naturally vary depending on the surface type, age, materials, and condition. While I always do my absolute best, some stains, wear, or damage may be permanent and outside my control.
Use of Third-Party Partners
For rug and drapery cleaning, I work with trusted local partners. I personally handle pickup and delivery with care, but the actual cleaning process is performed by these partners, who are responsible for their own workmanship and results.
Liability
I am not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage, discoloration, or material weakness.
Natural fading, shrinkage, or wear due to age or prior cleaning.
Loss or damage caused by incorrect information provided by the client (such as material type or cleaning instructions).
In the rare event of accidental damage caused directly by my team or myself, I will assess the situation fairly and work with you toward a reasonable solution.
